The Madrid Coliving Space
Originally built for the Marques de Villa Magna in the 1870s, Roam-Madrid is more of a palace than a home. Situated between Malasaña and Chueca, two of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods, day-to-day life will become a sense of wonder and adventure.
Roam Madrid is a residence in the heart of Madrid, built for the Marquess of Villamagna in the 1800s and operated by the Vatican until last year. The original substance was largely untouched, but our local partners worked with some of Madrid's best designers to bring the space up-to-date.

or stay for a lifetime.
All the intricate materials and details like the coffered ceilings were fully preserved, and what used to be clerical reception and gathering spaces now host communal and event spaces that can be re-configured as needed.
Keeping the convent legacy in mind, the rooms where transformed into beautiful, bright and white, contemporary spaces to retreat to. Like every Roam location, they have a private bathroom with either shower or bathtub, a spacious desk, a chair, a bed and a wardrobe, and are fully functional the moment you arrive.
In addition to that there's a large outdoor courtyard and nearly a dozen more spaces to gather or find solitude throughout the building.
We preserved all the original study and retreat spaces, and brought them to the 21st century with ergonomic lighting, furniture and impeccable Wi-Fi.
