The Chelsea Coliving Experience
From the first coffee-houses of the Enlightenment to Oscar Wilde, from Jane Austen to the birthplace of the mini skirt, the swinging sixities and hell even punk started here. Today, like throughout history, Chelsea is the preferred home for an unimaginable number of artists and people from all over the world.
Whatever your taste, the area is a fantastic place to spend a week, a month, or even a lifetime. Imagine 5 minutes walking distance to Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, the Thames and Battersea Park, Royal Albert Hall and Imperial College, classics like the Natural History Museum, or contemporaries like the Saatchi or Serpentine Gallery.
Your Personal Space
Each private suite includes a spacious bed- & bathroom with ample storage space. For the beds we teamed up with a group of carpenters in Leeds, who worked Pierre Frey fabrics into custom headboards, and we also looked at all bed-in-a-box mattresses in the UK before settling on Eve. Combine that with some of the finest duvets and perfect soft and light 400 thread count Oxford sheets, and you know you're in for a treat and perfect rest.
Add a bright white and wooden bathroom with shower, heated racks, giant mirrors and vanity space, and you get a personal refuge that's designed for all the privacy you rightfully want and need in life.

34 rooms, all with spacious private bathrooms.
Gut renovating an old Victorian gem from 1907, we worked with our local partners to not only create 34 private units, but also added ample space to meet or retreat, depending on what you feel like:
A 20 seat co-working and salon space, 4 breakout rooms including a reading and multiple meeting rooms, and a media & movie lounge. There's also a large chef's kitchen in the basement, with your personal fridge and dry storage space, a commercial dishwasher (never worry about that anymore) and the latest gadgets, but most importantly: the option to cook with others, set up cooking classes or simply enjoy a bite together.
All shared spaces are cleaned daily, free professional laundromats in a large laundry are of course also included, as is the high-end Cisco wifi gear throughout the building.
